Let’s start with your air conditioner filter. If the filter looks dirty, replace it with a new one.
In the meantime, shut off your air conditioner and give the line some time to thaw; this could take up to 24 hours.
After the 24 hours is up, and with the new filter in place, go ahead and turn the air conditioner back on. If the line freezes up again, it could indicate a larger problem within the system. Give us a call at 307.634.4822, and we’ll send one of our licensed techs over to take a look.
